Please see the recently published article in The Annals of Thoracic Surgery: “Changing Volumes, Risk Profiles, and Outcomes of Coronary Artery Bypass Grafting and Percutaneous Coronary Interventions.”

This study analyzes evolving technologies for percutaneous coronary interventions (PCI) and whether changing referral patterns adversely impact the volumes, risk profiles and outcomes of patients undergoing coronary artery bypass grafting surgery (CABG).

The authors include current and past COAP management committee members Drs. Nahush Mokadam, Doug Stewart, Chuck Maynard, Mark Reisman, and Rick Goss.
