The Clinical Outcomes Assessment Program (COAP) will hold its 20th annual statewide meeting June 7, 2016 from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM on the theme Continuing to Learn From What We Do. COAP is a physician-led collaborative whose community of engaged clinicians has been working for two decades to build a safer, higher quality, and more cost effective cardiovascular healthcare system, and whose member hospitals include all 34 hospitals in Washington that perform cardiac revascularization procedures. Each year, the annual meeting is a time for members to come together in a learning environment that sets the stage for ambitious quality improvement efforts in the coming year. We have an outstanding program this year and expect up to 150 physicians, surgeons, nurses, administrators, quality improvement professionals and data management specialists from all COAP sites to attend.
